    Punjab Compounding notification

December 19, 2019 admin no responses

As per the Motor Vehicles Act, every State is empowered to issue compounding notifications under section 200 of the Act. Compounding is a settlement mechanism under which the party in default or the offender pays some prescribed amount of money to the enforcement authority in lieu of getting prosecuted. The document shows the number of fines each offender has to pay according to the offense on the street and the designation of the enforcement officials as stated by the State Government.
