The network has been working to advocate for improved policies and their implementation at the national level in order to meet the 2030 target of a 50% reduction in road traffic injuries, even as the elections are ongoing. In this regard, our efforts are not only limited to media outreach but also making submissions to the political parties for including road safety in their manifestos. Another strategy meeting at Delhi, guided policy priorities and saw many exchanges between partners that helped strengthen efforts.
