Road safety expert Harman Sidhu said: ?Cyclists and walkers are more vulnerable than the people in cars. Reckless car drivers are main threat to them, although cyclists who take the road instead of the dedicated bicycle tracks ignore traffic rules at their own risk. Chandigarh needs to improve the condition of its bicycle tracks for the safety of pedal pushers and the people on foot.? “
