Police vehicle hits youths in Kalupur, speeds away

A 22yearold youth from Kalupur has filed a police complaint with Etraffic police against a police vehicle, alleging it hit him and its driver fled from the spot instead of helping him. The incident took place on January 23 in Kalupur area of the city.”
