    Uttar Pradesh Compounding notification

    As per Motor Vehicles Act, every State is empowered to issue compounding notifcation under section 200 of the Act. Compounding is a settlement mechanism under which the party in default or the offender pays some prescribed amount of money to the enforcemnet authority in lieu of getting prosecuted. The document shows the amount of fines the each offender has to pay to according to the offence on street and designation of the enforcement officials as stated by the State Government.
