    The district administration has asked transport department officials to prepare a film on traffic rules that can be shown to new applicants and those whose licences have been suspended or confiscated for violating road safety norms. The administration is planning to tie up with theatres across the district so that the film can be shown between 9.30 am and 10.30 pm.”
